Two month ago, Dubai’s 86-storey apartment building Torch Tower caught fire, but soon the fire was put out and nobody hurt or died.
It is worth noting that the reason nobody died or hurt lies in the unique building materials, so that firefighters can quickly put out fire and saved trapped people through smoke-free isolated areas.

Nowadays more and more buildings have adopted new building materials. The Dubai government even released its 3D Printing Strategy announcing that 25% of all buildings will be 3D printed by 2030. These new building materials brings sorts of benefits from cost control to the safety.
